concentration critique

i'm actually kind of wondering whether or not this person is a current ap student cause his/her posts are from may 2010. IDK! but i'm thinking their concentration has something to do with their visit to china. there are a lot of asians in their paintings and they all seem to be asian girls. i like that the girls are unified through a somewhat solemn look on their faces in each one. even the drawings seem to have that same solemn and melancholy feeling to them. as i said though, idk if this is an actual concentration or maybe i'm just talking nonsense! i love how real the faces look (since i love faces and portraits) and i loveee how this person tries out new medias on each of their pieces. lots of variety! awesome!
